# Create Contact

POST https://api.agentphone.ai/v1/contacts
Content-Type: application/json

Create a new contact.

Phone number is normalized to E.164 format. Returns 409 if a contact
with this phone number already exists for the project.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Bearer authentication of the form `Bearer <token>`, where token is your auth token.
