Push Call Transcript
Push transcript turns for a call (e.g. from a BYO voice stack).
Appends user and agent turns to the call’s transcript. Each consecutive user+agent pair is stored as one CallTranscript row. A trailing user turn without a following agent turn is stored with response=null.
