Sim.ai
Sim is a no-code AI workspace where teams build and deploy AI agents in a visual workflow builder. AgentPhone is a Communication integration there — drop an AgentPhone block into a workflow and your agent can provision numbers, send SMS and iMessage, and place voice calls.
Setup
- Create a free account at sim.ai. No credit card required.
- Add an AgentPhone block — drag it onto the workflow builder and paste your AgentPhone API key from Settings.
- Configure, connect, and run — pick the tool you need, wire in an AI agent for reasoning, and run. Your automation is live.
What you can build
Sim ships ready-to-use AgentPhone templates, including:
- SMS support line — provision a number, reply to inbound texts with an agent that pulls answers from context, and log each conversation.
- Lead call + transcript scoring — place an outbound call to a new lead, retrieve the transcript, score qualification, and write the result to your CRM.
- Post-call summary — after every call, summarize the transcript with action items and update the linked Salesforce or HubSpot record.
- Appointment reminders — read upcoming Calendly bookings, text each attendee an AgentPhone reminder, and confirm replies.
Tools
The AgentPhone block exposes the full toolset inside Sim — numbers (create, list, release), calls (create, list, transcripts), messages (send, react), conversations, contacts, and usage. Each runs as a step inside an AI agent block, so an agent can chain AgentPhone with other integrations and apply LLM reasoning between steps.
